Thank you Lord for this day. Thank you for your unconditional love, mercy and compassion. Thank you for the gift of life, love, good health, family, friends and source of income.

Today, we will attend Aireen’s baby shower at Rouse Hill and then a house warming of Rodel’s former colleague in Procter and Gamble.

Continue to bless and protect us Lord. Bless us with good health, long life, happiness, contentment and peace. I lift up to you everything especially things that I cannot control. My 6th PT 🤰🏻

Thank you Lord for this day.

Had my antenatal tests today. Still can’t believe that I am pregnant, hehehe. So, I took a home pregnancy test again this morning. It’s my 6th PT since Day 1 that I learned I’m pregnant! I am indeed pregnant! It says 2-3 weeks (to read as 4-5 weeks from the last menstrual period). No symptoms so far (I consider myself lucky), thank God! Can’t wait for my first ultrasound which is scheduled on the 26th.

Continue to protect us Lord, bless us with good health and long life. Please provide for our needs and make things happen according to Your plan.Bless us Lord, bless our plans and make our dreams come true. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Happy Valentine’s Day

Thank you Lord for this day. What an extraordinary and blessed time to celebrate this day with another life growing inside me. The fruit of our love and union is finally here. It’s indeed worth all the wait! Again, thank you Lord. We can never really thank you enough. We will forever be grateful for this precious gift. I pray that this journey will be nothing but a smooth, happy and rewarding experience for all of us. Please continue to protect and keep us safe all the time. May this precious gift of Yours be a blessing to everyone as well.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for this day. Thank you for all the blessings. I lift up to You everything. I will get that job I was aiming for. The process may take a while but it’s mine. In Jesus’ name. Please grant me the grace to be more patient. You know when’s the perfect time and I know that You will provide for us while we are waiting for that perfect time. I will hold on to my faith that everything will be fine. You will not give this little life growing inside me if we are not able to provide for him/her. Through your grace and mercy we will only receive nothing but blessings over blessings.

Thank you Lord for this day. Thank you for the gift of life, love, family and friends. Thank you for the spiritual strength and nourishment, for the financial provisions, for your guidance and protection, for your unconditional love and compassion. Thank you for this life inside me. I pray that you continue to bless and protect us all the time. May this journey bring much love, happiness, strength and learnings for us as future parents, for me as a wife and mother and for Rodel as a husband and a father. Help us nourish this life that You have entrusted us physically, emotionally and spiritually. Guide us to be loving and responsible parents. Dearest Little One,

Since the day we found out about you (9 Feb, i.e. 3 days ago), the used to be normal and ordinary days became extra special and extraordinary. We’ve been waiting for you for years and in God’s perfect time, He gave you to us. He has blessed our union with such a beautiful gift and a pleasant surprise. We planned to have you since day 1 but we had a difficult time. We decided to look and try various options but all of them didn’t work. Then your dad and I finally decided to rely on science and the advanced technology to have you. But our Lord is more than good and generous enough. You came as a surprise…a very beautiful and pleasant surprise. Just when we thought that there is no more hope or chance of conceiving you naturally, here you are. By God’s grace, you were naturally conceived. Hang in there baby…we will make this journey the beginning of many wonderful journeys ahead. You are God’s greatest gift to us. We will forever be grateful for that. We love you long before you were conceived and the Lord loves us more than we could ever hoped for or imagine.

P.S.

This is most likely how you look like now, by the way. Mum has always been into irregular cycle so we don’t know exactly yet if you are 1-2 or 2-3 weeks now. I just had a thought (3 days ago) to take a home pregnancy test (out of instinct, maybe) without any hint that it will come out positive, hence, the very beautiful and pleasant surprise.

It’s Confirmed

It’s confirmed! Thank you Lord! I’m on my early pregnancy stage (+123 iu/l i.e. pregnancy is less than 4 weeks according to my GP). Need to have the antenatal test and ultrasound done after a week. Can’t wait to have my first ultrasound on the 26th. Bless us Lord and keep us healthy. Protect us and keep us safe always.

TRUST

This is it! I’m going to get the blood test result to confirm pregnancy. Had 4 home pregnancy tests yesterday and they all came out positive. Lord, I TRUST in You. I know, You’ll never give us false hope. We’ve been waiting for this for years. Thank you for the gift of life and good health. Thank you for the overflowing blessings. Thank you for your protection. Thank you for your love and compassion. Thank you for everything. I lift it up to You.

I praise and worship you Lord! Thank you for this day. Thank you for all the blessings!

Finally, I got a phone call from the NSW agency saying that they wanted to offer me the Financial Analyst role and if I’m happy with that, they are going to proceed with the reference check stage. Of course, I am more than happy! It’s what I’ve been waiting for. God, indeed heard my prayers and he knows the desires of my heart. It was once again a test of patience but it’s all worthwhile. Been through a difficult process and a lot or preparations and they all paid off. I did my best and God did the rest. So TRUE!

Today, I woke up cos hubby asked me to send the odometer photo so he can reimburse the cost of driving his colleagues from the office to their homes last month end. After that, I went to the toilet and I had this random thought of having a pregnancy test. The PT kits are expiring soon anyway and I still got a lot of them. I didn’t expect anything. To my surprise, the first test came out positive! I didn’t believe it so I tried another one and then one more and they all gave the same result, I AM PREGNANT! This is indeed a very pleasant surprise Lord. You really never fail to amaze me. I am in awe. Thank you is not even enough to express my gratitude and happiness! Blessing over blessing indeed! We waited for this for so long and here it is now. I should say another test of patience, but all worthwhile. I really cannot thank you enough Lord. Please continue to bless us and this life inside me. A blessing that we’ve long been waiting for. Continue to protect and keep us safe always Lord. May we always be in good health.

In a few minutes time, I will be going to the GP for another test.
